Refund Policy:
In the world of credit repair, the outcome of a service cannot be guaranteed, and no company can promise a result. We put in our best efforts to ensure that incorrect, inadequate, and inaccurate information is identified and modified, or removed from the credit report. However, you can claim a refund for the last month in the first three months of joining us, if you are not pleased with our service.
Termination Policy:
CDK Credit and Travel Services, LLC has a detailed and simplified termination policy. You can terminate your contract at any point since you are not locked into an annual credit restoration program. This agreement shall continue throughout the time allotted in the contract unless either party decides to terminate the agreement. Kindly contact us if you feel the need to terminate the contract.
Privacy Policy:
Our policy on privacy is straightforward. Confidential information refers to any data or information relating to the Client, whether business or personal, which would reasonably be considered to be private or proprietary to the Client and that is not generally known and where the release of that Confidential Information could reasonably be expected to cause harm to the Client.
CDK Credit and Travel Services, LLC agrees that we will not disclose, divulge, reveal, report or use, for any purpose, any Confidential Information which has been obtained by our company, except as authorized by the Client or as required by law. The obligations of confidentiality will apply during the Term and will survive indefinitely upon termination of this Agreement.
All written and oral information and material disclosed or provided by any client to CDK Credit and Travel Services, LLC is Confidential Information regardless of whether it was provided before or after the date of any contract made between the client and our company, and regardless to how it was provided to our company. In short, any information you submit to us will remain absolutely private and will not be shared with third-party companies.
